Clinical Observation Module #003: The Case of the Accidental Experiment
This time, you’re not measuring inadequacy. You’re watching it being trained.
A Westwood Wellness Interactive Assessment
Module #001 introduced you to Westwood’s internship program. You reviewed a case file. You learned what happens when a man’s measurements fall short of his wife’s requirements.
Module #002 put you in the room. You watched Dr. Hailey measure Mr. K. You watched his wife learn why she couldn’t sleep. You watched a diagnosis become unavoidable.
Thirty-three of you completed Module #001. Twenty completed Module #002. Your responses were recorded. Your patterns noted.
Now Dr. Hailey has a different kind of case. Not a measurement problem. A recognition problem.
And this time, you won’t just observe a diagnosis.
You’ll observe an entire week of training.
The Referral
Mr. and Mrs. Harrison, both early thirties, married four years. Referred by their couples therapist after an unusual incident.
Six months ago, during an argument about sex, Mrs. Harrison said something she’d been holding back for years. She told her husband his penis was inadequate.
She expected him to get angry. Defensive. Hurt.
Instead, his penis got hard.
Harder than it ever got during actual sex.
She ran an experiment. Stroked him while describing his inadequacy — his failure to satisfy her, the lovers whose cocks had done what his penis couldn’t. He came in her hand in less than a minute.
Their therapist didn’t know what to make of it. Dr. Hailey does.
Your Role
This module is my most ambitious attempt yet to tell a story through Typeform. It is significantly longer than previous modules and will take more time to complete.
You’ll observe the full intake — Mrs. Harrison’s confession, Mr. Harrison’s exposure, the moment his penis confirms everything his wife suspected.
You’ll hear Dr. Hailey’s diagnosis: training penis. Not broken. Not defective. Simply designed for a different purpose than penetration.
Then you’ll follow Mr. Harrison through his first week of Westwood’s Responsive Male Training Program. Three sessions. Tuesday orientation. Thursday oral proficiency. Saturday integration.
You’ll watch him undress, be fitted with monitoring equipment, kneel before a simulator molded from his wife’s anatomy. You’ll watch him scrub floors on his hands and knees while her recorded voice plays, conditioning his arousal to domesticity.
You’ll watch him earn his release.
Dr. Hailey will introduce you to new staff — Dr. Okafor, who developed the training program, and Addison, who implements it. You’ll observe their methods. Their corrections. Their expectations.
Throughout, you’ll be asked for your observations. Your clinical impressions. Your arousal ratings.
At the end, Dr. Okafor will require a written report. Your assessment of Mr. Harrison’s progress. Your recommendations for Phase Two.
What’s Different This Time
Modules #001 and #002 were single sessions — an intake, a measurement, a diagnosis.
Module #003 spans a week. Multiple scenes. Multiple characters. A complete training arc from confused husband to functional trainee.
It is longer. It asks more of you. I hope it will feel rewarding to those who stay until the end.
Some of you have been asking for this — not just diagnosis, but treatment. Not just measurement, but training. Not just the moment of recognition, but what comes after.
This is what comes after.
A Note on Clinical Files
If you are a paid subscriber and wish to have your responses recorded to your personal Westwood clinical file, you may enter your email at the end of the module. There is absolutely no obligation to do so.
Your responses remain confidential. But over time, as you complete additional assessments, your file builds a comprehensive profile of your arousal patterns, recognition responses, and progression through observation.
Free subscribers may complete the module but clinical file registration is reserved for those enrolled in Standard Care or Intensive Personal Care.
If you’re not yet a paid subscriber and today’s session surfaces something worth exploring further, you know where to find us.
Dr. Hailey will see you now.

Each one gets better and better can’t wait for the next Module. You are truly gifted. Thank you.
So thought provoking and resonated so much with me
