Dr. Ethel M. Hailey. Director of Clinical Research. The woman who named the thing you are before you had the words for it yourself.
She’s seen hundreds of men. She’s named hundreds of diagnoses. But today’s referral inverts the pattern she knows best — and you can see it in the way she leans forward when she describes it.
The Referral
Barry and Sue Auken. Married eighteen years. Two children. Referred to Westwood after three clinics, two counselors, and one urologist all told them the same thing: there’s nothing to treat.
Barry is six point one inches erect. Slightly above average. By every objective measure, his penis is adequate. Most men would be content.

This module is self-contained — one session, one story, one visit to Dr. Hailey’s office. It is designed for those of you who are newer to the clinic as well as those who’ve been here since Module #001.
You’ll observe the consultation. You’ll watch Dr. Hailey measure Barry — the ruler, the color bands, the numbers that confirm what every urologist has already told him. You’ll hear the dimensional data and understand why “adequate” is the cruelest word in the clinical vocabulary.
Then you’ll watch Dr. Hailey do what she does: test. She’ll map Barry’s arousal triggers — what makes his penis respond, what makes it confess — using the instruments Anderson designed and the wife who knows him better than he knows himself.
Sue will talk to her husband. And you will watch the monitors record what his penis says when his mouth can’t.
You’ll be asked for your observations. Your arousal ratings. Your own data.
What’s Different This Time
Two things.
First: the inversion. Every module so far has dealt with what happens when a man’s penis falls short. This one deals with what happens when a man’s penis is fine — and he knows it isn’t. Not because the measurement is wrong, but because the man the measurement belongs to is wrong for it. Barry Auken doesn’t need to be told his penis is small. He needs to be told his penis doesn’t match — and that the mismatch is real, clinical, and correctable.
Second: the prescription. Dr. Hailey is going to open a folder and show the Aukenens something no other clinic in the country can show them. A protocol. A pill. A cage. A six-month process that does what three clinics said was impossible. The penis doesn’t get fixed. The penis gets made to match the man.
The wife who loves him is going to decide how small.
